Does anyone know how i can lose belly fat ?? I need to know what kind of food i should eat and what kind of food to avoid. Most of my weight is in my stomach and i think thats why i'm so tired all of the time. I would also like to know how long it takes to lose belly fat, i'd really like to wear a bikini by summer :)

  • Avoid high sodium foods and get a strength training routine or ab work out to help tone those areas.

    Eating healthy, don't deprive yourself of anything that you like to eat, just work your favorite foods into your daily calories. Moderation and portion control are good too. Drink water and exercise. Cardio!! You can add strength training or do cardio strength.

    You can't spot reduce, but you can spot tone. You can do ab workouts to tone your abs, but you need to do everything else to get rid of the fat.

    Another key thing is patience. Fat loss takes time.
