ProForm HRM: Need help (or instruction manual)

Hiya MFPers,
I have a ProForm HRM that I got from Wal-Mart (might've been Target...I'm not positive) earlier this year. Here's a picture, in case any of you have the same one:

The four buttons are labeled (clockwise from top-left):
Lap / Zoom
ST / Stop
ET / Set
Mode
For the life of me, I can't see where to change my gender, height and weight. I know the ability is in there somewhere, though, as I set it up when I first got the thing, and have gotten into that setup area by accident before. And since I'm well below the 226 pounds I was when I last set this thing up, I'd like to get into it and change the weight so I get an accurate reading of calories burned. Unfortunately, I can't find the manual, and have done all kindsa searching online, but haven't found anything anywhere on the Web.
Does anyone have this HRM? or a similar ProForm HRM? If so, can you tell me how to change those settings? Or better yet, point me in the right direction of a manual?
Thanks!

If it's from target or walmart, it prob. won't be that accurate anyway.. Esp if you can't figure out how to get into the darn settings!
Do yourself a favor and get a Polar.. It will be a lot more accurate and easier to use!0
