lol, thought I would pull out the January pants again for a photo-op.

So 310lbs, now 195. These pants are from January, about 275. So 80 lbs less.

And here is a face comparison. I am actually starting to see a difference. I swear, up until like a month ago...major body dysmorphism...but now I see it a little.

    Oh and I wanted to say this to all of you, some who may just be starting their journey...

    If you are looking at the pics wishing you could do it, 11 months ago I was YOU. Looking at these stories thinking "wow, I wish I could do that".

    Whether you have 10 lbs to go or over a 100 lbs like I did, you WILL SUCCEED if you tell yourself you want to.

    Eat healthy and go for walks. That's what I did.
