COLE SLAW HELP!!!!

Hello! Im new here and have been reading up about cole slaw its low in ca and I figured I would give it try.
But what do u guys use instead of the mayo??
Or do u use the mayo? I need a cole slaw dressing, Please include the nutrional facts as well

    I use Kraft 99% Fat Free coleslaw dressing. (in Australia)

    My mom uses calorie wise miracle whip and pickle juice.

    Just got a lovely sounding recipe from a friend here..... a can of crushed pineapple and natural yoghurt.... i'm going to try it today.... sounds lovely!

    There are a lot of recipes for vinegar based cole slaws, but you can try substituting some or all of your mayo with sour cream or yogurt.

    Just got a lovely sounding recipe from a friend here..... a can of crushed pineapple and natural yoghurt.... i'm going to try it today.... sounds lovely!

    I've used crushed pineapple and mayo. Think I'll try the yogurt.

    I make vinegar based dressings. I prefer it to creamy dressings.
