Hi, my name is Don. I've been using the myfitnesspal app for about a month and think its great!. The barcode scanner is the best! I'm currently trying to lose weight and get back into shape after having SLAP repair surgery on my shoulder. I'm about 7 months post-op now. Started my program about 9 weeks ago. For diet I've been doing Eat-Stop-Eat (anyone else try Intermittent Fasting?) and eating fairly clean on non-fast days. For exercise, I've been doing P90X and running occasionally. I'm 5'10" and started at about 218 lbs. and I'm now around 198 lbs.
