Nothin' special, my go-to 10 minute student meal
This is my go-to quick filling dinner, using mostly pantry ingredients...
.5 cup healthy harvest fusilli
- cook as usual
.5 cup canned diced tomatoes
.5 cup canned black beans
a big handful of frozen spinach
- heat up in a pan
add the pasta to the pan
and I top it off with a 1/4 cup of cottage cheese in my bowl
370 calories, 25g of protein, 13g of fibre...
Gets me through exams with a colourful plate!

Ramen is good if you only use half the noodles and add a buttload of veggies and maybe an egg The sodium is a worry though :S0 -
