I've Lost 7lbs in two weeks!

As crazy as this sounds, I have been working my tush off and trying to sweat as much as possible, and eating great and staying at my calorie goal. This app really keeps my on track and motivates me!

For others that are still struggling good luck and keep up the good work, you'll get where you wanna be as long as you work for it!

  • I walk 60 minutes a day, and do two 20 min Jillian Michaels work outs (one in the morning & one at night), SHE MAKES ME SWEAT SO MUCH! I use two 5lb dumbells to make me work twice as hard.

    Wow congrats. How long did it take to see significant weight loss? My starting weight is 133 as well, although I'm a bit taller than you so my goal is 125. I have been doing to program for about 3 days now. I feel crazy sometimes but I am banking on the idea that it will all be worth it soon enough.
