Has anyone done this class?

if so are you able to tell me how fit do you actually need to be to do it?

and can someone please give me a breif breakdown of what happens in a class and what you actually do?

    I've done it and really enjoy it. There are always multiple options for fitness levels in the class. With every move you do, they start with a simpler version, and then add options or give you modifications if it is too difficult. You can always stay with the first level or do the modification.

    It is a quick 30 minute core/trunk class, so everything from shoulders down to hips/glutes. They use resistance bands for a couple of the songs and do mat/floor work for a couple of the songs. There are 6 songs per class. I find it fun because you can do a good quick abs class and the choreography is the same no matter who the teacher is. The music and choreography changes every quarter.
