3 weeks in Asia

So we are going away in just over 4 weeks. I have done really well lately, I got on my thyroid meds in March, and joined MFP in July, I am now 27lbs lighter and am very pleased with my success so far.

We are going to Cambodia and Vietnam for 3 weeks, and I am so worried about what I'll put on.

We're doing a lot of organised trips so food will just be provided, it will be quite an active holiday but I won't be able to exercise beyond walking etc and I currently work out 6-7 times a week.

Has anyone got any tips of how to control weight gain? Maybe healthier meals to go for out of these cuisines?

Well, I'm in Asia... But I haven't been to Cambodia and Vietnam before. So I'm not sure exactly what their cuisine is.. Most of Asian's cuisine will definitely have a lot of vegetables in the meals. It's a vacation ;) So enjoy yourself :)
  • Great thankyou, where in Asia are you?
