    My mom is a carrot top and my oldest is a redhead too! I had strawberry blonde til I was 4. Here's an interesting fact about redheads...they have a higher pain tolerance!

    Everyone on my dad's side of the family is a redhead.... Irish. I was born with red hair, but it turned brown. Now I'm a redhead again, but that's cuz I pay for it :wink: Besides, it fits my personality best.
    Bonus....my BF :heart:'s the Cincinnati Reds... so I think it fits quite nicely! LOL

    Never was either, and one day as a surprise my GF got her hair dyed at school (shes a cosmetologist, she was a brunette), and I have loved it ever since. Gorgeous on her

    So it is funny, never really been attracted to redheads growing up. Some reason though, the last couple years though I have become extremely attracted to them. No clue why, unless it is because I am Irish and Scottish.

    Let me add...that I too LOVE redheads...my hubby is one and so is my daughter!!! My son came out with black hair but we will see what it turns :)

    Until a few days I had salt and pepper hair for about two years. As part my my "New Me" plan I decided to have my hair professionally colored. With the help of my 16 year old daughter and the stylist, I now have deep copper colored hair. Although, I'm still adjusting to the change I really like it. My husband says, red on the head, fire in the shed!

    Nice to see all the red head fans. I'm strawberry blonde with freckles everywhere!!! Growing up, felt like an odd ball, kids called me strawberry shortcake. Hated my freckles!!! Funny how what felt like a curse as a kid has turned around as an adult, I get a million compliments on my hair color & I just love my freckles!! I don't get much of a tan, so my freckles give me a nice color in the summer.
