I'll post some before/after pics when I can find someone to help me take them. I'm trying to decide on my next workout plan- I tried Turbo Fire, and in my opinion, it was way too fast and way too hard on my knees. Can any of you suggest a plan that is similar but just a little bit slower paced?

Try Turbo Jam which came out before Turbo Fire. This was Chalene Johnson's first workout and it comes with 5 workouts:bigsmile:0
