Okay, so right now I weigh about 130 lbs. Sometimes I weigh 128. I really don't think I look like I weigh that little, maybe even ten lbs heavier than that at least!!! How can I look like the weight I actually am, or less?

Tone up is the only advice I can give you... at that stage it's all about reducing body fat %

Yeah... except I am clueless about toning.

I just go to the gym and lift what ever looks appealing. I need to have some goal and I need to know what I'm doing. How long does it take to see results? Otherwise I just won't stick with it.

That will all depend on how much fat and protein you're consuming, it's best to do this sort of thing slowly we don't want to see you throwing out a muscle by trying to over push yourself, but this will take months to achieve!

Just makes sure whatever you do is a difficult enough so you feel the burn in your muscles but not so you aren't able to do it one free flowing movement.

If you're looking to tone your stomach do situps or anything that focuses on the abs, if you go the Gym you should ask a member of staff/trainer there and maybe try to arrange a goal setting session with the Gym and one of it's trainers. Tell them what areas you want toned and how long you want to achieve it in and they'll draw up an action plan for you, it'll most likely cost you extra but it could be worth it if you aren't sure whats right for you.

For toning it's all about muscular and not cardio

Well, i usually get at least 100g of protein a day. Been eating 40-50g of fat. I go to the gym on campus, so there's no trainers. Should I do any cardio at all?

Still do some cardeo but if you want tone up then focus most of your energy on muscular

Ask a PE teacher for advice
