    The only tips I can say is you have to eat and can't skip meals and you have to keep moving lol. Babysitting my (4 year old) niece and (7 year old) nephew almost every day has helped because they are both very active and I run with them but I also take them for a walk at night at least 30-45 minutes.

    That is so Amazing!!!! Keep it up, I've lost 140 (well now 135) and even seeing all that progress sometimes it feels like I work so hard at it for nothing but it is something, something we should be proud of, so GOOD FOR YOU!! You can befriend me if you'd like. I still have a good 30 to go but this is the roughest yet, even knowing what to eat and do it gets disaapointing sometime so I do need myf Friends.
