Today was such a waste. We had a potluck baby shower at work and I decided what the hell, I'm just gonna eat what I want because I hate trying to eat healthy at those things. I figured dinner wouldn't be so bad and I would work out tonight.
Plans foiled.....my boyfriend and I were meeting with our real estate agent to look at 5 houses tonight. One the way to the fourth one I was like what is that noise? Yay, I had a flat tire. So my boyfriend had to change it and I had to stand out there with him to hold the light and it was FREEZING. I think it was around 2 degrees but probably around 10 below with wind chill. When we were finally done my toes were so cold they hurt.
So we had to cancel the rest of the houses since I didn't want to make our agent sit and wait for us. Then we drove to my dads to borrow a car so I wouldn't have to drive on the donut. By now it was late and we were cold and annoyed so we decided to get dinner out. Since my boyfriend was nice enough to change the tire in the freezing cold without complaining too much, I let him pick the place. Of course he chose del taco....so not only did I go way over my calories, but I don't even really like del taco. And of course now it is too late and I am still too cold and tired to even think about working out.
yay, can't wait for weigh in tomorrow.

Don't take your weight.... that way you won't get your feelings down just in case....
So just skip about 3 days of taking your weight.. Try to eat healthy in your calorie range still dont starve yourself either that would be HORRIBLE!! So think positive....
Just let you know... I ate Pizza Rolls (4) and they were 350 calories each!!! Still losing weight!!
All you have to do is exercise... Good luck and be positive!!0 -

what an awful mess! i understand you are upset, but SHOOT! i would have eaten del taco and ordered a pizza when i got home too!

Sorry about your bad luck. I have a very busy schedule everyday, because I have 3 kids so I don't usually get to start my workout until they are all in bed. Which is usually after 9:00. I have to make myself get up and do it by then but I want to stay committed. I am afraid if I miss too many work out days that I'll just get out of the routine. Hang in there and good luck!0
