Has anyone tried the Biggest loser yoga for weight loss dvd? I'm currently doing the bootcamp and it tells you that to help maximise your results you should pair it with the yoga dvd.

    I haven't tried it but have considered it because I get his reminder at the end of Boot Camp every day. I'm not much of a yoga person. I am considering getting the power walk one to see if I can maximize with doing that one as well.

    Hey! I have never done that dvd, but I do do yoga. It is great to stretch/relax your muscles especially after you have done lots of weights or cardio!
    I quite often do 2 or 3 days of weights, then do 1 day of yoga... and I thoroughly enjoy the gentle stretching etc...

    Sold! I will give it a go tonight. Maybe instead of bootcamp again, maybe as well as. will check out video first!
  • If its the Biggest Loser one with Bob Harper on the cover..Yes! Its very hard! Its definitely not your typical yoga.
  • I haven't done it, but I teach yoga. Just a heads up, not all yoga is gentle stretching. A lot of it is a quite intense full body workout. You will feel great though, and stretch and lengthen every muscle in your body.

    Yep, definitely not traditional yoga. I consider myself in pretty good shape and I found it challenging. I rented it off Netflix, but that reminds me that I was going to put it on my Christmas wish list. :)
