Hello I just wanted to share my success so far.
Since 9/29/11 I've lost 22.2 lbs. My goal weight is 240 pounds (81.8 lbs. to go) and I think I can realistically do that by July 11, 2012 (240 days from today). Which is, incidentally an average of 2.4 lbs. per week.
I am looking for friends to help me along my journey so please add me. I know it won't be as easy as it has been forever and I appreciate all the support I can get. Or add me if you are looking for support yourself. Thanks.

During the winter I am going to the gym 4 x per week doing 1 hour of cardio each time. Right now I am doing the elliptical trying to change it up a bit going intense one day and then intervals at lower HR on the next day. On three of the four days I do Upper body, lower body and arms. Nothing fancy right now just getting started again. On the three "off" days maybe one of those would be a 3 mile walk, the other two just rest.
But when springtime rolls around, my passion is long distance cycling. My goal is to do two century rides next summer. I don't have the opportunity to ride a whole lot during the week due to work, but on the weekends I like to ride a 50 -70 mile ride building up to the century (which are July 14 and August 25 next year).0 -
