ripped in 30 vs 6 week slim down

ok so I want add some thing new to my workout routine I am currently doing c25k and about to start week 9 I plan to keeping doing my 30 min runs 3 days a week even after I finsh the program and insanity I am getting ready to start week 5 of insanity I want to add either the Ripped in 30 or 6 week silm down I have seen amazing results from each of these
My questions are
Which one requires less time and equipment? all have is 5 pound weights and bands I dont want over do my self since already have other workouts I have been doing
Which one has less cardio ? I feel like I do enough cardio already want to be more tone and stonger
any other feedback appreicated
