Here is where we can start our thread to track all the hard work we do

Each member of Team Gonzo should check in daily to list what you've done for the day and give encouragement....if you didn't do anything that day list that to - and remember the first team that complete is get immunity!!!! So Ladies let's Rock On!!!

Here's what we have to do this week:

6000 calorie burn for the entire team

Throughout the week each member must complete:
1 Mile either walked or run (does not have to be done all at once)
36 lunges or squats
40 crunches or squats
