Well as far as yesterday goes, I did not eat ONE piece of junk food. I ate SEVERAL. But I did get my treadmill dusted off & ready for today. On that note...
Today I will... do Day 1 of the Couch to 5K.0 -
I love this. I also don't treat me nearly as good as others. We forget the (ourselves) part in "Love your neighbor as YOURSELF"... If I loved me properly I think I would have a far better (everything) in my life. But often we women are taught that it isn't cool or kind to care about ourselves. As an adult I realize how self defeating that is. I always wanted to be nice. I didn't see being in love with self as nice; but really it is. Good luck on your goal today.0
