IM LOSING WEIGHT AND MY TUMMY GETTING SMALLER. BUT I HAVE NOTICE IT STARTING GET A LIL FLABBY. I USUALLY WORKOUT 3 OR 4 TIMES A WEEK. HOW DO I TONE MY TUMMY?

you can work on your core muscles, but you really cant soley only work it off one area.0

pilates is awesome for this!! The right instructor makes all the difference. I would start out with a real class rather than a video since proper technique is so important.0
