lost 2st alb and stuck :/

I'm new to this... well not the dieting scene. Ive gone up and down in the last few years. My lowest weight was 9st and my highest was 15 st 6!!

Im at 13.4 now but i seem to be stuck at this weight no matter what i do. I stick to my calories and exercise and have a busy life at uni and working as a waitress. I go walking a lot and climbed pen y ghent on Saturday but i weigh the same!

Is it time to take the calories down again?

When i got to 9st i did it by only eating 500kcal, 100kcal a 'meal' 5 times a day. I don't want to resort to that but i want to loose weight and I'm getting increasingly frustrated that I've been fighting with these 4lb for what seems like eternity!
