My word to live out this year is Consistency. This topic of Just For Today, fits right into my theme for this year. Just For Today, I will be Consistent in what I do. For today that meant that despite the fact that the wind was blowing fiercely, it was 19 degrees and the snow was falling, I put on my exercise gear, took my son to school and headed to the gym to exercise. I didn't wanna, but I remembered Consistency and knew that if I didn't do it today it was a step towards Inconsistency. Thanks for the spin of Just For Today.0

You've got this! I have the same issue with thinking, "No more treats forever?" Then, when I eat well and feel SO GOOD I know I need to stay away from the sugary sweets I think I love but I really don't. You can do this day by day. I found a blog called chocolatecoveredkatie and she is vegan and has healthy, "clean" recipes for sweets that are yummy. Maybe that will help when you just need a little something to get through today!
I ran across this blog (chocolatecoveredkatie) a while back and loved it. Fast forward a few months and the name of the blog had totally slipped my mind. BUT, you have saved the day! Thank you sooooo much! Her recipes really are wonderful!0 -
