New week - New goals

I just love the start of a new week! Especially when the previous week was pretty damn awesome. I feel like I'm starting ahead of the game! Whether your last week was bad or good.....it's a new start, let's wipe the slate clean. Here is my mini goals for the week -

1) PROTEIN!! I am really noticing the different since I've been more consistent with lifting weights and upping my protein. My goal this week is to keep that protein count up where it should be!! Make every meal functional, make it count!

2) WATER yea I try my best, it's a struggle. I'll keep on trying!

3) WEIGHTS putting down the barbie weights and lifting like a big girl!

4) CARDIO stay consistent but don't over burn and sabotage my strength training goals

That's the plan, whats yours?!

    I sooo need this right now! Last week I was plagued by a foot injury so I did very minimal workouts. BUT at the same time, my eating got ridiculously out of hand.....ALERT, ALERT....recipe for DISATER!

    This week, My foot feels better and I am so ready to get back on track!

    Goals: 1)Under Calories ALL week 2) some kind of workout everyday 3) Water, Water, Water.
