Household activities?

I know I'm burning calories doing laundry(I have to go out side, around the house and downstairs to the basement to get to the washer and dryer) and dishes and such, but they're not listed, how do I find out how many calories I'm burning?

    You sure are burning calories!! Look under the exercise tab & type CLEANING into the search field. There's two options there based on your intensity!! Enjoy your exercise!! :drinker:
