  • I made chicken fingers for bf and I on superbowl Sunday. Make 1/2 inch slices, dip in egg beater and drag to quote from an awesome recipe(:laugh: ) through crushed fiber one cereal to coat. Bake on 400 for till no longer pink. Makes the house smell yummy!:bigsmile:

    I made the Chicken Parmigan tonight...SO GOOD! I don't like my cooking much, but this was delicious.

    I usually cut chicken breast into chunks and cook it in a skillet with butter spray (I Cant Believe It's Not Butter), Sprinkle on poultry magic by Chef Paul. You can find this over by the salt in the grocery store. I either eat it with A1 sauce or on a salad. It is very low fat and tastes great. :bigsmile:

    I did 30 mins on 350 and the were perfect

    I just made chicken tacos -

    cover 4-5 frozen chicken breasts with 1 packet of taco seasoning, add 1 cup (or a little more) taco sauce - cook on high 4 hrs or low for 7-8 , shred and put back in the crock pot. I made a taco one night and a quesadilla last night.

    Thank you so much for this idea! I've been eating the leftovers and it's still yummy! What do you put in for your calories for this? I calculated them but I don't trust my math!

    i have my chicken breast in the crock pot now with the diet. dr.pepper recipe...the house smells so good.

  • I just threw in four chicken breasts cut in strips in my crock-pot, with lemon juice and rosemary. It's that simple, it smells great, and it'll be amazing for mixing up in rice or to put in sandwiches!
  • I copied a recipe recently off of a box in the local store-I threw the box out otherwise i'd give exact details.

    Anyways, you marinate chicken in bbq sauce and then drag through bread crumbs, very easy and with 2 side servings of veggies it claims its under 500 calories (perfect for MFP!!!!) I paired it with sweet potatoe and it was very filling and full of flavor!!!
