I don't have a scale at home so I don't weigh on the weekends, however today's morning weight was before breakfast and the lunch weight was after graham crackers and two cups of oatmeal. This isn't the first time that it's happened on a Monday, just the biggest difference for a Monday (again, I ate Mexican last night right before bed).0
