STARTING BOTH TODAY 1 IN THE A.M AND THE OTHER IN THE P.M... ANYONE CARE TO JOIN?

    I'll do ripped in 30, I have both but haven't really done ripped in 30 yet.

    I've done ripped and shred in one day like 8 hours apart..it is possible and a great workout.

    I agree with this. I think that even Jillian Michaels you the same thing. I am starting the 30 day shred tomorrow.

    I am starting 30DS today as well. I will join you with that if you dont mind. I will hit Ripped in 30 after I am done with the 30 DS! Are we going to post measurements?Strating weight? or just going to be support for one another!?

    I think you'll get fast results, but i think you would get longer lasting results if you did them in separate months. If one DVD isnt enough for you ( which i understand) maybe add a run instead of another dvd. I run and do insanity. Or do ripped and 6pk6wk then shred and 6pk6wk.

    YEA WE SHOULD START WITH MEASUREMENTS AND STARING WEIGHT JUST IN CASE TO SEE HOW MANY POUNDS WE LOST BUT INCHES R MORE IMPORTANT : )
