Hi Everyone, I have had my account for a while now but have not been taking atvantage of it.
I do not have a large weight loss goal, more to tone and build muscle, and to live a healthy lifestyle.
I have a little boy who turned 5 last week, he is my motivation to stay fit and be healthy.
I'm hoping to find people on here to help me stay motivated.

    Hello! this site is great for encouragement and accountability. I would suggest making your food diary public. I just recently did this and it was a big help as I knew others were going to see what I was eating. I hope this helps! Add me if you would like.
