I WAS LISTENING TO AN INTERESTING INTERVIEW THIS MORNING WITH A DR WHO WROTE SOME BOOK CALLED SNACK YOURE WAY THIN....THE EAT ALL REGIMEN...ANYONE HEARD OF IT...HE WAS SAYING EAT GOOD CHOICES OF COURSE, BUT EAT SOMETHING AROUND 100 CALORIES EVERY HOUR OF THE DAY........IF YOU EAT ONLY THREE MEALS A DAY YOURE BODY WILL STORE IT UP AND NOT BURN FAT.....INTERESTING TO ME
