I have had the Pink Lemonade one and it's ok - 1 packet in a bottle of water was too strong for me so I usually only used 1/2 a packet in my bottle of water.

I think it's great because there are many times I need to majorly up my protein, but I'm really close to my fat limit, so this is perfect for that!

Nice! Crystal light had the ones with 3g of fiber but I haven't seen a protein one yet. I'll add this to my “must buy on my next vaca in the US” since the best fads or fun foods never seem get to Canada i.e. Cherry Coke Zero, Fruit Punch Flavoured Crystal Light, FiberOne Yogurt, 35 cal slices of bread…

EDIT: the US has Crystal Light Satisfaction for 30 cals that has similar macros (5g fiber, 3g protein) but again, US only and BTW, the Strawberry Banana one tastes kind of chunky. The regular strawberry bandanna CL flavour sold only in Canada tastes good though.
