hit a wall

Ok so I am super bummed because I eat pretty healthy, drink tons of water and workout a ton...weight lift and super active in general...I cannot drop to 125 where I would like to be.... question is...is it possible that I am meant to weigh 130 forever?!


Height-5'5
Summer weight-128
Current weight-130 (for the most part I am always 130, I believe summer I just sweat a lot weighing 128! lol)

    I feel like I'm meant to weigh 132. My body seems to try to stay there no matter what I do. If I get too out of control I'll be 140 or slightly more, but I can always find my way back to 132. lol
