Hey everybody! I need some super easy meal ideas that don't have any sugar and will increase my iron count for the day.

steak and more steak! lol cut it up and put it on baby spinach and add some olive oil and lemon0

Oatmeal and malt o'meal are both great sources of iron - the latter has 60% of your daily recommended intake! You can get them sugar-free too, and just add fruit on top for sweetness. You can also cook eggs and get a lot of iron from that. There's also a lot of iron in whole grain foods that you can get creative with (stuffing rice into vegetables, steam some rice with veggies and herbs or crack an egg on top, etc).0
