What do I do about my calorie count if I slept all day?

I woke up early today, around seven and I take a medication that severely sedates me so I ended up passing out until three thirty after I had eaten about three hundred calories because I needed to get my brother to school and was literally falling asleep while trying to get him up and ready. How much does this limit me for the rest of my day?

You don't do anything different. Eat the same amount of calories that MFP has you set on.

Well, did you set your activity level to sedentary when you set up your account?

I would eat regular amounts, but not force myself if I wasn't hungry.

Then set your activity level to sedentary, and eat what MFP says calorie-wise.
  • Alright, thanks.
And yes it is set at that.

    Thanks everyone
