Alright here I go!

Hello to everyone, just started with this. I'm here to try to get fit again and hopefully change my eating habits. I used to work out very frequently when I was younger, now at 21 I've seem to have gotten lazy with it. Above all I'm hoping to get motivated, and that this will even get me motivated enough to stop smoking. Good luck to me =)

    At 21 you need to kick the smoking in to touch, I quit at 23 but it contributed to my weight gain because i did not do any form of exercise. Your young and have the rest of your life to live a happy healthy life go for it 100% :smile:
