What is the dumbest thing you have heard today?

I'll start:

Mr. Policyholder: why are my insurance rates so high
Me: You keep having accidents & you have a DWI
Mr. Policyholder: What does that have to do with it?

    Someone *****ed about the soda machine, that it wouldn't give them three quarters for nickels and dimes.
    I said it's a SODA machine, it gives sodas, not change...
    Ugh.
