I have the Polar F6 heart rate monitor and I LOVE it, but one big complaint that I have is the chest strap always slides down around my waist and messes up my readings. I have it on as tight as it will go...it's so frustrating! It says it is a size M but I didn't even know they came in different sizes. Does anyone know if they come in a Small, and if so, can you buy them separately from the watch which I already have??

I also have the Polar F6 but I bought a small. The website listed the different sizes and the dimensions they fit. I'm not sure where you purchased yours. I'm not sure if you can purchase a chest strap separately. You might check out their website and/or call their customer service number. Seems like you should be able to. That must be frustrating to have it slide down while you're working out, you want to get credit for all those calories burned!

    Good luck! :flowerforyou:

I wish I had your problem... that would mean I lost weight

The only thing I can suggest is sewing it to make it tighter, if they don't replace the strap for you... But I would think the strap is the most important part of the whole thing and might be expensive. Also, the other ladies that had that problem, mentioned they tucked it into the sports bar an that kept it in place.

    Hope this helps

I have the same problem (and posted about it!)

There's a sports bra made by Polar that you slide the strap into. That's what I'm going to buy.

I'm preparing to hack up my strap, taking out some material to tighten the thing.
