    just ran/jog 3.4 miles around the neighborhood..hills and all (well I walked up some..they're so steep!)
    Do you have a technique for going uphill? I tend to lean forward and take smaller steps and it seems to help :)

    ran 3 miles. also did 3 miles on the elliptical machine if that counts.
