Why I keep going from 164-162.. I just keep going back and forth. I don't understand ...

    1. Improve quality of the food you are eating. Manwich and meat lovers pizza should be treats, not everyday foods.

    2. Make sure you are set for the right amount of calories. Check your BMR and TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) on other websites such as fitnessfrog.com.

    3. Alter your macros so that you shoot for 1g protein for every pound of lean body mass (estimate your body fat % if you haven't yet). Try to eat higher protein foods and fewer carbs.

    4. Exercise more. Try Jillian's 30 Day Shred DVD if you haven't yet and you're short on time / unable to go to gym.
