I had the day off today so my husband said "let's go get some breakfast"..... BIG MISTAKE!

I didn't even eat anywhere near what I would have before, but I guess the grease they cook with or something just didn't agree with me.

Now I'm paying for my momentary lapse in judgement.

    maybe this is a sign that i should not cheat this weekend! i have been going good and strong, no cheating, for 4 weeks. thought it might be time...maybe i need to rethink that!

    Same thing happened to me! We decided to go have some fried catfish, I felt yuck later, and I didnt even eat much! I learned my lesson!!!

    Well I'm finally feeling better but my whole day was shot. I'm definitely taking it easy tonight.
