Diary Help Anyone?

If anyone can take a minute to have a quick skim over my diary in the last week I'd be VERY appreciative!
*I've put on 0.5kg since Thursday and I cannot work out why
*I went to the gym and did only cardio 5 times last week- my best workout week so far
*I log extremely accurately but leave 100 cals in my goal just to ensure I haven't misjudged something and have room for that
*I try to eat fairly low carb, low fat and high protein
*My sugar is always almost double the recommended but it's all from fruit, veggies and greek yoghurt!
(I understand the concept of starvation mode and not completely sure I buy into it. But surely even though I have a low net calorie intake, this could explain my weightloss stalling, but not me putting on more weight??)
PLEASE can anyone suggest why I might be putting on weight or what I can do to get it back off? It was falling off so quickly before!!
