Help With Chicken...I know, Chicken

Ok so tonight I had a spinach salad and made some chicken breast with it. I flowered, salted, and peppered them and pan cooked them in a little olive oil, and then i dabbed the excess oil off. But Apparently MFP does not have anything for this! Can anyone help me count this?

    Count everything individually? Fried chicken seems like it would be higher in fat than what you did.

    what about the recipe nutrition calculator? It seems as if you could just enter the ingredients and its serving size. Then it gives you the calories??
