mental block??

I dont know how many good intenions i have i cannot seem to get on a good exersice schedule! I have "Walk Away the Pounds" which i liked the ONE time i did it. I feel like I am purposfully looking for excuses not to workout and i have NO IDEA WHY! i know that the weight will come off so much faster and i will have more energy but the energy to do it just isnt there! grrrr....getting really frusterated with myself for justifying why i am too busy to work out all the time. okay just had to complain sorry.
