    Hi, I'm about a week and a half into using MFP and have tried to enter both HIT and Tabata into my exercise log but it doesn't appear to be in the database. My fitness instructor said that these terms in particular HIT would give me a more accurate calorie amount burned than just circuit training. Thanks

    I love to do Tabata sets on my rower. My workout is 5 min. warmup, 8 sets of 20/10, and 2 min. cooldown = 11 min. total.
