VirtuaGym challenge 11/15- 12/17

The challenge: 30 minute workout 4 times/week.
Walk/run 3 times/week for at least 30 minutes.
Report back here each time you complete one of the workouts....
I am going to be doing the beginner workout, but am hoping to create a new challenge after 12/17 and be able to advance in level.
Since this is starting in the middle of the week, most of us probably will not get the goal for the week.
I will also post little mini challenges each day. :-)
Virtuagym also has an amazing app so you can still squeeze in a workout if your traveling! Both the app and the website show how to do each exercise.
Lastly, send me a friend request if your joining!
