Anyone have any good (and filling!) vegan recipes, preferably involving "whole foods" and not processed faux meat? I'm always looking for new and creative ways to feed myself!

Try the cookbook "Appetite for Reduction." Fantastic low fat vegan food from real ingredients. Every recipe I've tried from this book has been delish.

Personal fave so far? Kidney bean and butternut squash jamba. Yummmmmm. Or maybe the Veggie potpie stew. You know, the chipotle lentil burgers were fab and I haven't made them in a while... OOOoooh, and Friday we're having pad thai salad. OK, they're ALL good!!

Oh, also check out the Fat Free Vegan Kitchen blog. Good food, some not as quick as the A4R cookbook, but again, all faboo.

    Best of luck!

I just posted my recipe for Quinoa Vegetable soup in the Recipes section. It's really filling and hearty.

I'm vegan. I definitely second the Fat Free Vegan Kitchen website. Yummy recipes. I have a blog, but it's fairly new. http://vegancajun.blogspot.com.
