The raspberry ice I buy in the single serve packets,( it's right along side kool-aid in the grocery aisle )and add it to my water bottle, there's no calories in it!0 -
The Crystal Light Hunger Satisfaction Strawberry Banana Water Mix also comes in the single serve packs. Not sure of the calories though. I wouldn't think it would have any??0

Per packet there's 30 calories, 0g fat, 6g carbs, 3g protein, 5g dietary fiber. Each packet is shaken into a 16.9 oz bottle of water.0

And does it really control your hunger?0

Yep. It's near the Koolaid aisle. I'm thinking it has the calories in it because it's for hunger satisfaction. Just a guess though.0 -

Well, I have only just started drinking it today. I merely commented on it in the first place because of the taste. But...if it's any consolation I'm not hungry (though I just ate about an hour and a half ago).0 -
Well that's good!!!0

I think your right on that one, the raspberry ice is only a sugar free drink mix.0 -
Ok so it seems I can't find the strawberry banana Crystal light any longer. Not in stores and was getting from Amazon the past couple years but it seems they have been depleted. Loved that flavor and wonder why they stopped making it. Would freeze it and sometimes would add some banana juice to make it more slushy. Is there another drink mix that makes this flavor combo? Is the only flavor I like.0
