calories, protein, fat, carbs, sodium & potassium/sugar depending on how I'm feeling. i really try to watch calories, protein & fat the most but the other 3 are there for curiosity mostly.

Currently I only care about: protein, fats, and carbs. If you eat "clean", it's safe to assume you're not overdoing it on sodium and cholesterol, but everyone has different goals and/or medical issues such as high cholesterol, diabetes, or hypertension to watch out for.

Since the nutritionist said I am a carb addict and not to worry about the rest until I get that under control, I only track calories and carbs:)

Diddo! Watching my sodium and water intake really helps me manage the water weight rollercoaster. I've also found that watching my sodium ends up keeping a lot of the other things in line as well.

you can't entirely but I like to have a general idea of how I'm doing with keeping sodium and potassium in line
