my tummy is my problem area..... and its kinda loose now....... i'm doing turbo jam these days....... and yes i have a lost a few inches but the tummy fat isnt going anywhere also i really want a toned up tummy......

please help....... is there any specific DVD workout that i should do...??? i dont really go to the gym.... coz i like to workout alone at home......

please suggest!!!!!! :embarassed:

    Try the P90X Ab Ripper X, although I'm not sure you can find it on its own, or the Jillian Michael's 6 week to 6 pack DVD.

    I'm having the same problem. What I've heard from a lot of people is you can't target one area, so in order to get rid of tummy fat we just have to turbo charge our workouts and work on toning and losing fat overall. I'd suggest Pilates, I've seen some definition start to show slowly but surely. Good luck!

    For abs, I love Ab Ripper X from the P90X routine. Also, watch the foods you eat.

    Your best bet is to keep up with exercise (not just cardio) and lose a bit more fat.

    In women it's usually the hips/thighs thats the hardest place to lose it, guys is pretty much the stomach.

    I lost about 80lbs before I was happy with my tummy, the last 10-15 were pretty hard, and had me eating pretty strict. But it can be doen.

  • Cannot spot reduce. Stay in a calorie deficit and it will come off in time.

    took me 2 months to see d difference in stomach area!!! try to include 10 mins extra abs workout every day..
