Too much sugar???

So I eat a lot of fruit (around 4 to 5 pieces a day) and i notice with my diary that is where the majority of my sugar intake comes from, but its all natural sugar. I'm wondering if this is a bad thing and if I should lay off so much fruit.... but i just love it so much!

I think that if you sugar is over due to natural sugar, ie fruit, and your are close to your calorie goal, there is no problem.0

Any diabetic will tell you that they have to be careful with fruit. It isn't off limits, but the sugars do have an effect, although whole fruit at least has fiber in it. 4-5 pieces sounds like a bit much to me - that's fruit with every meal and snack. Too much sugar - even natural sugar - can feed candida in your body in addition to triggering blood sugar issues.
Of course your diary isn't open, so we can't look at your calorie goal, but if you're pretty low on calories, you might want to look into swapping some of the fruit for veggies.0 -
Natural sugar is not any different from table sugar, or the sugar in cake. If you are worried about sugar intake you need to count the sugar in fruit, and maybe cut down
Again, there is nothing magical or healthy about natural sugar! The only upside of fruit is it is fibrous which helps your liver process the fructose in it. And while fruit is rich in antioxidants, so are veggies without the sugar!

my dietician told me not to worry about sugars from fruit, just to watch my added sugars and keep it below 35g0
