Hi!
Does anyone own Sigma PC9 for women or other similar HRM device?
http://stores.sigmasportstore.com/Detail.bok?no=152
I am planning on getting one since I really want to know how many calories I burn during my dance classes and I was wondering if you have any recommendations. Not a very pricey one though as I am on a budget.
Thanks in advance!
***Edited to ask recommendations of HRM watches that can also be used in pool (my brother started swimming and that would be useful for him).

Does it have a chest strap? If it doesn't, then don't bother.. it's going to be crap at estimating calories.
Look into Polar.. FT4 or FT7. Both are great HRM's that a lot on this site(including myself) have.0 -
Yes, it does have a chest strap.
There just seem to be so many HRM monitors out there that I am totally confused.
Unfortunately I haven't seen the Polar ones in store here... :ohwell:0 -

Can you shop online?
Amazon always has good deals on them.0 -
i just bought this model off of amazon.com. I love it. it is water resistant. heart rate is very accurate. it does have the chest strap. The only issue i've had, is it won't work on my treadmill, around computer monitors (close up). But the manufacturer warns about this issue. It hasn't been a real problem for me, though. I mostly wanted to wear it on my runs outside, and i've had no issues with this. I would recommend this one.:happy:0
